Jeanologia applies its sustainable technologies laser and ozone to the continuous fabric in its new project "Dynamic Laser & Eco”

- With 20 years of experience in the garment finishing, the company evolves by applying its technologies to the previous stages of the manufacturing process.

- The Laser Dynamic and G2 Dynamic machines developed by the Spanish company create new patterns in one fabric, saving water, energy and chemicals during the process.

- Borja Trénor, Jeanologia Area Manager for Asia Pacific area will hold a conference under the name of "Continuous Processing with laser and Ozone" during the event Great Ideas in Cotton

Hong Kong - The Spanish Company Jeanologia specialized in the development of sustainable technologies for garments finishing, applies its sustainable technologies of laser and ozone to the continuous fabric with its new "Dynamic Laser & Eco" project.

The company, which has recently been awarded with the WGSN Global Fashion Award for best sustainable design team in the world, has over 20 years of experience in the development of green technologies for garment finishing.

Specifically, in 2000, Jeanologia presented ozone and laser technologies applied to jeans, which have been a great transformation for jeans finishing.

This time, with its Dynamic project Jeanologia creates a new scenario for denim fabric, transferring these technologies to the early stages of production in particular to the continuous fabric.
This "Dynamic Laser & Eco" technology patented by Jeanologia, allows laser engraving on the continuous fabric garments besides aging the garments using ozone. This technology is designed to treat all types of fabrics, from heavier to lighter, with any structure.

Specifically, the G2 Dynamic Ozone Technology allows aging the fabric with the simply use of "providing with an entire color range of TIME PASSED BY effect from the same base fabric and not reproducible by applying chemical and conventional systems. The degree of aging is controllable throughout the treated tissue pieces.

Also, the Laser Dynamic machine allows to engrave authentic patterns in fabric form before, it’s actually made into garments.

These two new technologies allow developing creative opportunities endless creating new fabrics with virtual weaving, adding character to basic goods, achieving cloudy, fashion and vintage effects without water or chemicals. Obsolete inventory dynamically transformed into market-right goods!
The "Dynamic Laser & Eco" project in addition to all the advances arising from the use of ozone and laser offers other benefits.

In this sense, fabric mills can finally participate in a technology that revolutionizes the jeanswear industry. And the brands will benefit from the headstart gained by starting at the beginning.

Partnership between Jeanologia and Cotton Incorporated.

This time both companies are working together again in the event “Great Ideas in Cotton” that will take place on May 22nd at Kowloon Shangri-La (Hong Kong).

During the event, Borja Trénor, Area Manager of Jeanologia for the Asia Pacific, will hold a conference entitled "Continuous Processing with Laser and Ozone”, introducing new possibilities that "Dynamic Laser & Eco" technology provides the continuous fabric.

He also will explain the new commitment of the Spanish company to move their experience into the development of sustainable technologies for garments finishing to the early stages of the production process, creating endless new possibilities in the same fabric, while saving water, energy and chemicals.

Jeanologia: a benchmark in the development of green technologies for garments finishing.
