During Exintex Textile Exhibition, which will take place in Puebla (Mexico) from 11th to 14th March, Jeanologia will show Flexi HS laser technology which reproduces jeans wear avoiding the use of harmful techniques for operators’ health while allowing saves of energy, water, chemicals and time in the process of the garment finishing.
Perfect for working in Jeans, shorts, shirts, jackets and accessories, fits the needs of each manufacturer or designer. It incorporates the latest electronic technology to increase the speed of marking, while the power consumption is reduced in each garment.
Jeanologia, which has been recently awarded with the WGSN Global Fashion Award for the best sustainable design team in the world, develops besides this one, other sustainable technologies for garments finishing.
Specifically, ecowasher-G2 ecological washing machine that works only with ozone and oxygen to wash jeans and knits, providing a vintage finish using neither water nor chemicals. Likewise, G2 technology allows savings of over 60% in water and energy and about 85% in chemicals.
Also, E-soft technology softens garments with nano bubbles, saving 80% of softener and 98% water. E-soft uses no chemicals and removes entirely discharges to the environment.
