ShanghaiTex 2013 concluded successfully with enthusiastic participation.
The 16th International Exhibition on Textile Industry (ShanghaiTex 2013) was concluded successfully with great enthusiasm from around 60,000 professional visitors from home and abroad. Despite there were public holidays in China, some exhibitors commented that the number of visitors was unexpectedly high.
Key exhibitors displayed the end products of their state-of-art technology at "Knitting In Style" – the textile technology zone.
The four-day ShanghaiTex 2013 was held from June 10-13, and the first days were public holidays of Chinese Tuen Ng Festival. “I am glad to see that we have received a lot of visitors coming to our booth despite the public holidays in China,” said Thomas Sifrig, Sales Manager of Loepfe Brothers which was one of the exhibitors.
Over 1,000 leading enterprises presented their latest edge cutting machines and products during the exhibition in the areas of digital printing, dyeing, knitting, spinning and finishing.
The organizer greeted the buyer group & took group photo.
As the 2013 edition focused on the theme of "Leading the transformation and Upgrading of China Textile Industry”, exhibits featuring high-efficiency, environmentally-friendly technology that help industrial enterprises in transformation and upgrading to meet the market demands shone in the exhibition.
In addition, visitors got valuable information and expert opinions on the most popular textile technical trend and industry development trend, such as 2015 sportswear design, new approach for environmentally-friendly printing solution, from over 20 seminars and forums hosted by professional speakers from around the world.
